1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed and packed with care within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from our base in Melbourne.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping within Australia
- We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund provided the following conditions are met:
- You contact us to initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The Product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging and seals intact.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable service as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- If the item you received is faulty, has been damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@detoxory.com.
- Please provide your order number and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
- In line with your rights, we will offer a replacement, a full refund, or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage for a major failure.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Please email us at info@detoxory.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send back items without contacting us first.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
